* The Act severely limited the rights of Guant�namo detainees to seek judicial review of their detention.

Military Commissions Act

* The Act stripped the US courts of jurisdiction over all appeals in relation to any aspect of detention or treatment of all non-citizen detainees determined to be 'enemy combatants' or 'awaiting such determination'.
